Choosing the right service

With my extensive training and experience as a yoga teacher, and informed by my schooling to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer these three services to clients in a variety of length sessions.

I recommend booking an introduction call first so that we can discuss your needs and I can help you decide which method of healing will be most helpful for you.
